Electronic Mail

When you sign up for a newsletter, you agree to join Mr Fothergill’s mailing list whereby you will receive periodic gardening advice and product information by email. From time to time you may also receive other information on related products and services. Email messages will contain an unsubscribe feature should you wish to cease receiving electronic messages from Mr Fothergill’s.

Prices

Prices include GST. We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in the GST rate. The pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Conditions of sale

All seeds offered by us are guaranteed to comply at the time of delivery with the Biosecurity Australia Regulations currently in force. Information given about products is to the best of our knowledge, and is for general guidance only. All dimensions and capacities are approximate; please also remember that environmental factors can affect plant growth.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order will show an approximate despatch date. Mr Fothergill's will endeavour to despatch as close to the listed despatch date as possible, however, this date may change at any time without notice. If a customer orders both in-stock and pre-order items, Mr Fothergill's will ship in two deliveries. In-stock items will ship at time of purchase, and pre-order products will ship around the pre-order date specified.

Special offer codes

All offer codes and discounts may only be used once. Any offer codes or discount may not be used in conjunction with any other money off voucher or offer. Mr Fothergill's reserves the right to cancel any order/s deemed to be abusing an offer code or discount.

Payment policy

All goods must be paid for at time of ordering. Payments made by debit or credit card are debited at time of ordering.

All of us at Mr Fothergill's genuinely care for our customers and insist that the quality of all our seeds and level of customer service are of the highest standards - we want you to enjoy shopping with us. However we are only human and very occasionally things do go wrong, but please be rest assured, we will always do our very best to put things right. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly send replacements* upon request.

Our seed is tested for quality and where appropriate is packed in hermetically sealed foil sachets for freshness. If your seeds or bulbs do not grow for whatever reason we will happily provide you with a replacement*. For all other products, please contact our head office using our contact us form. Please note we are not required to give refunds under any other circumstances. None of our seed has been genetically modified.

*Replacements will only be given for seeds and bulbs sown/planted in Australia, or seeds sown in New Zealand and that are within their sow-by date. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase should we deem it necessary. Replacements will only be given for seeds and bulbs purchased directly from Mr Fothergill's or an authorised Mr Fothergill's reseller. We do not guarantee seeds or bulbs bought off private sellers on marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon.

• Purchases made before or after this date will not be eligible for the Win Back Your Order promotion.
• This promotion is only available on orders placed on mrfothergills.com.au
• Mr Fothergill's Seeds reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time without notice.
• Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
• There are four prize draws. Draws will be conducted at 11am on Tuesday 11/3/25, 18/3/25, 25/3/25, and 1/4/25. All orders received from midnight on 1/3/25 up to 11am on the draw date will be included in the weekly draw.
• The winners will be randomly selected and be notified by phone or email within five days of the draw date. Once the winner has accepted their prize, their order value will be credited via gift card (valued up to $500) to the same customer account their purchase was made from.
• If a prize goes unclaimed for more than seven days we will run a second chance draw on 10/4/25.
