Kids Gardening Activities For Easter!
With the Easter school holidays just around the corner why not give the Easter bunny something yummy to munch on!
The flora and fauna in the garden are fascinating to watch and can be of great educational value to a curious child. Nurture their budding interest by keeping the focus on fun. There are all sorts of amazing and wonderful projects to do at any and all ages.

Here's a step by step on how to make these cute craft with your little ones this Easter!
Using our coco fibre pots!
- Hydrate one soil pellet per coco fibre pot you are using.
- Get your coco fibre pot and cut out your desired design, in this video we made a basket and a bunny.
- Using your hydrated soil, scoop it into your pot and pat down (if you're unsure if your soil is ready to use it should not have any dry bricks in it and should crumble from the shape.
- Open up your cress seeds and sprinkle a generous pinch onto your soil and pat down. Be careful not to push the seeds in too deep, they only need to be just touching the soil.
- Draw a face on you're bunny rabbit or draw on your basket (we used whiteboard markers but you can use any type of marker.
- You're done! Leave out for the easter bunny to munch on!
Using any toilet roll or cardboard!
- Hydrate half a soil pellet for toilet roll holder.
- Paint your toilet roll holder orange if you are making the carrot and let dry.
- Get your toilet roll holder and staple one end together to make a cone shape.
- Using your hydrated soil, scoop it into your cone and pat down (if you're unsure if your soil is ready to use it should not have any dry bricks in it and should crumble from the shape.
- Open up your cress seeds and sprinkle a generous pinch onto your soil and pat down. Be careful not to push the seeds in too deep, they only need to be just touching the soil.
