Product Description

Grow your own Blue Rottnest Island Daisy Wildflower with Mr Fothergill's. Found on Rottnest Island but also in mainland Western Australia, Trachymene is easily raised for use in garden beds, containers, and native areas. A native Australian wildflower, it produces clusters of bright purple, pincushion-like flowers and can grow in all sorts of conditions and positions, although it does best in sunny spots with well-drained soil.

As a native, Blue Rottnest Island Daisy Wildflower is a favourite wildlife-attracting flower, bringing in all kinds of Australian birds, bees, and butterflies to your garden. For low-maintenance spaces, it works well in mass plantings, providing an easy-to-grow option for natural-looking landscapes.

Pair Blue Rottnest Island Daisy Wildflower with Australian native seeds for a natural look, or mix in annual flowers for fresh colours each year. RHS flower grow kits, and value seeds make it cheaper and easier than ever to grow a gorgeous flower garden, and our garden watering kits keep everything in good health. We also recommend the use of Wildflower Seed Starter Granules for improved germination rates and speed; these granules provide chemicals normally found in bushfire smoke that stimulate native seed germination.
