Mini White F1 Cauliflower Seeds
The white mini cauliflower F1 is an excellent mini cauliflower variety for gardening in small spaces. This modern hybrid cultivar produces 10-15cm heads on short, compact plants, which are ready to harvest in as little as 12 weeks. The firm, pure white curds have exceptional flavour, each perfectly sized for 2 portions of veg.
Whether you’re growing in a small garden, courtyard or patio container, the F1 white mini cauliflower delivers tasty, nutritious heads with minimal space requirements. Ideal for warmer regions, this variety of cauliflower seeds not only grows quickly but also stores exceptionally well, staying white for longer than many other cauliflowers – so you can enjoy high-quality home-grown produce throughout the year.
Pair your mini cauliflowers with other home-grown favourites like broccoli seedsor carrot seedsfor a classic vegetable garden. Take a look through Mr Fothergill’s full range of vegetable seeds for even more crops that thrive in small gardens and containers!

How To Grow
Sow your mini cauliflower seeds 12mm (½ in) deep in pots or trays filled with seed-raising mix or compost. Firm down the soil and water well until the plants are established. Seedlings should emerge within 14-28 days. Transplant your cauliflower seedlings when they are 10cm (4 in) tall into a well-prepared garden bed. Apply fertiliser regularly and keep the bed weed-free.
Harvest White Mini Cauliflower when the heads reach about 10-15cm (4-6 in) in diameter, typically 8-10 weeks after transplanting.
