Contact UsHow To Grow
Sow your Telegraph Improved cucumber seeds 12mm (½”) deep directly in their final fruiting position, allowing 45cm (18”) between plants. Provide support, such as a trellis for the vine to climb. When your young cucumber plants have five or six leaves, pinch out their growing tips to encourage the growth of side shoots. Keep them watered and feed biweekly when the fruits start to swell. Seedlings should emerge in 6–10 days.

All goods we sell must be of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose they are sold for. If your seeds or bulbs do not grow for whatever reason we will happily provide you with a replacement. For all other products, please contact our head office through our contact us page. Please note we are not required to give refunds for change of mind or under any other circumstances.

However, we are only human and very occasionally things can go wrong with the picking or delivery process. Important Note
These seeds are treated with a fungicide (Thiram or Apron XL), do not eat the seeds or feed them to animals. Fungicide treatment is an AQIS requirement for certain varieties of seeds. It does not affect your crops or harm insects such as bees.
