This attractive, trailing ground cover is ideal for sunny or shady spots and makes a great alternative to traditional lawns or as a filler for rockeries. Dichondra is easy to grow, low maintenance, and tolerant of foot traffic, making it a practical and beautiful addition to any flower garden. It covers roughly a metre per plant, but as it spreads over time, Dichondra creates a smooth, dense carpet ideal for areas that see some foot traffic without worrying about bare patches.

Sow your Dichondra seeds 5mm (1/4”) deep directly into their final growing position in full sun or part shade. Keep them well-watered until established. Once established, runners will develop, and the plant will spread rapidly to create an excellent cover crop. It is advisable to weed during this time to support plant growth. Dichondra Repens seedlings emerge in around 7-14 days.

Refunds
All goods we sell must be of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose they are sold for. If your seeds or bulbs do not grow for whatever reason we will happily provide you with a replacement. For all other products, please contact our head office through our contact us page. Please note we are not required to give refunds for change of mind or under any other circumstances.

All of us at Mr Fothergill's genuinely care for our customers and insist that the quality of all our seeds, bulbs, garden equipment and level of customer service are of the highest standards - we want you to enjoy shopping with us. However, we are only human and very occasionally things can go wrong with the picking or delivery process. Please rest assured that, on the rare occasions where this proves to be the case, we will always do our very best to put things right. Please contact us if you require support.
Important Note
These seeds are treated with a fungicide (Thiram or Apron XL), do not eat the seeds or feed them to animals. Fungicide treatment is an AQIS requirement for certain varieties of seeds. It does not affect your crops or harm insects such as bees.

Note to WA Customers! The Dept of Agriculture and Food in WA have significantly increased their inspection fee for any seed sent into the state. As this cost is covered by us, we have unfortunately had to increase our postage charges to WA.
