How To Grow

Location: Full sun, well-draining soil.

Soil: Enrich with compost, pH 6.0-6.8.

Planting: Sow after frost, space 1-2m apart.

Watering: Keep soil moist, avoid wet leaves.

Fertiliser: Use balanced feed; switch to potassium-rich when fruits form.

Maintenance: Mulch, monitor for pests.

Harvest: Pick when skin hardens, leave a 5cm stem.
