Rosemary
A hardy evergreen shrub with, needle-like highly aromatic leaves. This very decorative herb is wonderful in mixed boarders or pruned into small dense hedges. Drought tolerant once established requiring very little attention. Used for its traditional Mediterranean flavour, excellent for flavouring lamb.
How To Grow
Sow 5mm (1/4in) deep, cover lightly and keep moist. Maintain a temperature of 23 degrees as seeds will not germinate in cooler conditions. Seedlings emerge 21-28 days.
Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle spacing 45cm (18in) apart.
