WK Goji Berry Wolfberry
Grow your own superfood with Goji Berry (Wolfberry) seeds from Mr Fothergill’s. This shrub, native to China, produces tiny berries packed with nutrients. It can grow up to 2.5m tall and wide, perfect for sunny garden spots. Easy to care for, it just needs a trim every winter to keep it looking great. These goji berries are delicious and packed with antioxidants and vitamins.

How To Grow
To grow your Goji Berry (Wolfberry) seeds, follow these steps:
- Sow seeds 5mm (1/4in) deep indoors. The seeds requires temperatures of 20C or above to germinate so consider using a heatpad.
- Water until seedlings with two leaves appear.
Wolfberry seeds require hot weather to germinate so in temperate climates, December is the earliest to start sowing them. Alternatively, you can use aHeatPad to better control their temperature.
Goji Berry plants are deciduous and will lose their leaves in Autumn.

Recipe
Cranberry & Goji Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried or 1 cup fresh goji berries
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
Instructions
- Combine the cranberries, goji berries, sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and leave to simmer for ten minutes
- Stir in the orange zest then pour the mix into a container and once cooled off, place in the fridge. The sauce will set as it cools further.
